YoKi Japanese Restaurant & Bar - Ramen & Sushi Place

The food was A1! Sushi was incredible (ninja maki 🔥). Didn't get to try the ramen but definitely coming back for it as it looked delicious! The service here was very efficient with the exception at the end for us waiting to get the check which I hope was not the norm. Very nice vibes, good place for a date. There's some street parking across but if you can't find any there's also paid parking right near it. We found street parking.

I went here last week with a friend. the food was good and came in a timely manner. the server was nice but lacked attentiveness. my friend had ordered a jack and ginger ale. he got hit first drink, but then when he asked for another round. the server took a while to come back, and when he did, he said they were out of jack Daniel's. Odd, since jack Daniel's is so popular but understandable because, you know, things happen. then my friend changed his order and asked for a bacardi and ginger ale. the server did the exact same thing. took a while, and then came back to say that they were out of bacardi too. 🤔 my friend ended up getting the same drink I had which was called the Acai Lover. but yet again the server took a very long time to bring it over. I would have assumed that if you had already told a table not once but twice that you were out of something, the the server would have some kind of sense of urgency to bring them the drink that they did have. that wasn't the case at all here. and its not like we didnt just see him walking around. it wasnt busy for a Wednesday night. more than half of the time we spent there was just trying to get a second round of drinks. after that we just ended up leaving. might come back but will prob just sit at the bar next time i guess 🤷🏽‍♀️

Surprisingly very tasty! I liked all of our dishes that we ordered -- they had a unique taste in all of them. I would rather repeat this place than trying any other Japanese restaurant nearby. The service was fantastic: we arrived at the time kitchen closes and they still accommodated all 10 of us in ordering. On top of that, they also took care of our desserts -- AFTER the kitchen closed. That is very professional and considerate. This place definitely needs a 5-star and high recommendation. :)

This night was terrific! Matt Tran did such an unbelievable job and the staff was stellar as well. The food came out so hot and everything was fresh! The wings Monday through Thursday are on happy hour .99 wings and happy hour between 4 to 6 was such a worth while experience. Things I'd skip the chili rangoons and the salad. Two items that I felt the meal did not need. Must get are the spicy edemame if you love this sauce then add it to your fried rice. It'll make such a tasty combo. The tempura wings was so good. Such crunch! We didn't do sushi or ramen this time but we will definitely do it next time. Support this server matt Tran again he did such a good job and your Night/date will be made into a grand experience
